Are these classes suitable for kids who just want to doodle for fun?

Yes and no, our classes focus on developing realistic drawing skills and are best suited for kids who are excited about art and willing to practise focus and patience. Although doodling for fun is something I absolutely encourage at home, this class is more for those who want to learn detailed drawing.

Do I need to bring my own materials?

Yes, it is highly recommended that students bring their own materials, which are listed in the welcome pack under the beginners drawing pack. High-quality materials are essential for achieving professional results.

Can I drop in for a single class without committing to the full term?

No, we offer structured programs that build skills over time, so we only accept full-term or multi-week enrolments. If you want to try out a class without committing, then check out my free trial classes at the beginning of the term.

Will we finish a completed artwork by the end of the course?

Not always. Our focus is on techniques and long-term skill building, which often means students continue refining their work at home after the course.

Is this class suitable for abstract or digital art lovers?

No, we focus on realism using graphite pencils and traditional techniques rather than abstract or digital art styles.

Do I need prior experience in art?

No prior experience is needed, but you do need to be motivated and willing to practise regularly to improve.

I’m looking for a structured course with clear progression. Is this right for me?

Yes, our courses are designed with step-by-step progressions so you can clearly see improvement from week to week.
